This report will help you to easily and quickly access all of your open opportunities! There are 3 tabs in this report that offer you team totals by primary plan manager, individual totals by primary plan manager, and individual prospects and totals to include primary and secondary plan managers plus secondary solicitors.
The landing tab of Team Opportunity Dashboard shows all active Opportunities in GAIL, totaled by Anticipated Fiscal Year to Close. The rows are sorted by site. If there is an opportunity on a prospect with multiple managers in different sites, the dashboard sums the opportunity into the site of the primary manager.
Clicking on a row will open all plan managers in the respective site. For example, if you click the row for Law, you will see totals for all the Law Fundraisers. Alternatively, clicking the tab at the top titled "Opportunity Dashboard Detail" will total all Opportunities by Fundraiser, regardless of the site the plan.
Alternatively, you can see prospect specific detail by clicking on the Prospect Dashboard tab, or clicking on a fundraiser. Clicking directly on the Prospect Dashboard tab shows all plans in GAIL. Clicking on the fundraiser's name shows all plans for that fundraiser, sorted by prospect.
From this screen, you can hover over a prospect's name and click to view the opportunity in GAIL.
