Clearing your browser's cookies and cache can help with various web applications. Depending on your browser, the pathway to clear your cookies/cache could look different. Follow the instructions below to clear the cookies/cache for all uga.edu sites. Once you clear your cookies/cache, you will need to log-in again to all UGA sites.
Within Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, you should be able to quickly perform this action by using the shortcut Control+Shift+Delete (Command+Shift+Delete on a Mac) while in your browser to open the cache clearing settings. This option is not available on Safari.
Google Chrome:
1. Click on your browser's settings.

2. Click "Privacy & Security"

3. Click "Third Party Cookies"

4. Click "See all site dates & permissions"

5. Search for "uga.edu"

6. Click on the trash icon.

7. Click "Exit." This will completely close you out of your browser, but is necessary to complete the clearing process.

Microsoft Edge:
1. Click on your browser's settings.

2. Click on "Cookies and site permissions."

3. Click "Manage and delete cookies and site data."

4. Click "See all cookies and site data."

5. Search for "uga" or "uga.edu" in the "Search cookies" box.

6. Click the drop down for each "uga" site and click the trash icon.

7. Once all "uga" sites have been removed, close out your entire browser by clicking "Close Microsoft Edge" in the browser settings. This will completely close you out of your browser, but is necessary to complete the clearing process.

Modzilla Firefox:
1. Click on your browser's settings.

2. Click "Privacy & Security" in the left-hand explore.

3. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section. Click "Manage Data."

4. Search for "uga" or "uga.edu" sites in the search bar.

5. Click on each "uga" or "uga.edu" site and click "Remove Selected" towards the bottom.

6. Once all UGA sites have been removed, close out the browser in the browser settings. This will completely close you out of your browser, but is necessary to complete the clearing process.

Safari:
1. Click on "Safari" on the menu bar and click settings.

2. In the Settings pop-up, click "Privacy."

3. On the Privacy tab, click "Manage Website Data..."

4. Search for "uga" or "uga.edu" in the search box.

5. For each UGA site, click the site and click "Remove," or click "Remove All."

6. Click "Safari" in the menu bar, and click "Quit Safari." This will completely close you out of your browser, but is necessary to complete the clearing process.
