Overview
Donor reports produced by the Donor Relations team are made available via a Windows file share. The instructions below describe how to access these reports from both Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS computers.
Prerequisites
- You must have GAIL access.
- You must be connected to the “02 Restricted” VPN.
- You must connect to the share with your UGA MyID account.
Share Location
The donor reports share is located at: \\msmyid.uga.edu\dar\files\DonorReport
Microsoft Windows
As noted in the “prerequisites” section above, you must connect with your MyID account. If you do not log into your computer with your MyID, you will be prompted to enter your MyID credentials before gaining access to the share. To connect to the share, follow the below steps:
- Open a "Run" dialog by pressing “Win + R” on your keyboard. If you are unsure which key is the "win" key, click here to see pictures of what this key looks like and where it is located on your keyboard.
- Copy/Paste or type the following into the run dialog, and then click "OK": \\msmyid.uga.edu\dar\files\DonorReport
Alternatively, you can open Windows file explorer, and copy/paste the share location into the location bar.
Apple macOS
Click the following link, and enter your MyID credentials when prompted:
- smb://file01.dar.uga.edu/donorreport
