Financial Reports

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the preparation and publication of all external financial reports of the University of Georgia Foundation. The reporting requirements are as follows:

• The preparation of monthly progress reports for revenue and expense of the general operations.
• The preparation of quarterly financial statements reflecting financial activity.
• The preparation of internal audit assignments and control procedures.
• The preparation of all reports and documents required by the independent auditors.
• The preparation of other financial reports in support of Development & Alumni Relations.
• The preparation of special reports as requested by the Vice President for Development & Alumni Relations and the Executive Director of the University of Georgia Foundation.
• The preparation and publication of the annual Audited Financial Statements and IRS Form 990.
