Digital advertisements run from Friday - Friday for up to two weeks. To run an advertisement, please submit request no less than 14 business days prior to the run date.

ADS MUST BE SIZED TO 1920 X 1020 PIXELS. Ads must be saved as PNG or JPG format. Please do not use any copyright materials (logos, photos, etc.) without consent from the owner of the copyright. Please keep ad designs within the bounds of UGA’s official Brand Style Guide. Advertisements display for 10 seconds at a time, so make sure your ad design is simple and readable. ADS THAT DO NOT MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED.

Dining Services has seven Digital Advertising Boards within UGA's five dining commons. Artwork will need to be approved before advertisements are accepted to run. Advertisements should be representative of the entire University of Georgia community. Auxiliary Services reserves the right to refuse any advertisements deemed inappropriate. Note: The display area on the screens is small and rotates through ads every eight seconds, so keep your ad design simple and readable. A maximum of 3 lines of text is recommended.
