Group Dining Request
Thanks for your interest in group dining. UGA Dining Services welcomes groups from all over the country. We offer group meals in three of our dining halls, Summit Dining Commons, Oglethorpe Dining Commons, and Village Summit Dining Commons. We also sell group dining tickets to our retail dining locations. If you wish to bring your group to dine with us, please fill out the Group Dining Request Form below.

NOTE: IF BUS PARKING IS REQUIRED, GROUPS MUST CONTACT THE VISITORS' CENTER (706) 542-0842 OR PARKING SERVICES (706) 542-7275.
Failure to provide 48 hours notice of cancellation may result in a fee being charged based on the size of the group.
For tax exempt purchases, your State of Georgia Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (ST-5) or Letter must attached to this form before tickets can be issued.
All group members are asked to police their area after dining and take their dishes to the dish return.
Absolutely no food is to be taken out of the dining hall.
