At the close of the 2021 Fall Semester, the Preventative Measures Advisory Board (PMAB) transitioned to an inactive status. Many of its recommendations from the previous two academic years are now standard operating procedures at UGA. While the PMAB is no longer holding regular meetings or responding directly to requests for assistance in identifying and implementing preventative measures regarding the SARS-COV2 virus and COVID-19, the PMAB members stand ready to actively engage in providing guidance and recommendations to the University community should conditions change. The Environmental Safety Division remains available to support the University community and will continue to operate and monitor the PMAB Help Desk to answer questions or concerns regarding SARS-COV2 virus and COVID-19 preventative measures.
