PMAB Help Desk Request

The PMAB Help Desk is provided as a resource to the campus community to receive requests for guidance and assistance related to decision making during the re-opening of UGA campuses ahead of the implementation of each phase of re-opening.


Before submitting a request, please review the Frequently Asked Questions section of the UGA Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information and Resources page. Please also refer to the “Plans for a Phased Return to Full Operations” for additional information regarding the phased and gradual return to normal operations.


The following request topics are within the scope of PMAB guidance and may be submitted to the PMAB Help Desk:

  • Requests for variance from the USG Covid-19 face covering guidance.
  • Identification of Critical Control Points (CCP) and guidance on the use of the CCP Risk Assessment Tool as described in the Guidelines for Risk Assessment, Control Point Identification, and Risk Management.
  • Administrative and engineering controls related to reducing and minimizing the spread of Covid-19
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use for control of exposure to Covid-19.
  • Social distancing practices and control measures.
  • Cleaning and disinfection methods, materials and frequencies related to Covid-19.
