Software - Installation or troubleshooting
The OIT Service Desk can install the following software:
- Microsoft Office
- Trend Micro Antivirus
- Cisco VPN
- PhantomPDF
- Crashplan Backup Software
NOTE: Any other licensed software (other than above) - the user must supply both the media (CD/DVD/download) AND the license key.
